Cheap AirPods deals on the second generation true wireless earbuds have been around for a while, with discounts in the US and UK dropping around $30 / £30 off the price of the 2019 release over the last year. However, you’ll find them a little cheaper than usual right now – with some excellent discounts up for grabs this weekend.
In the US, the usual $125 sales price has been dropped down to $119.99 at Amazon – a full $40 off the MSRP with an extra little discount over the cost we’ve been seeing over the past few months.
If you’re in the UK you’ll be heading to Laptops Direct to scoop up your savings. The second generation AirPods are available there for just £119 – a similar discount of around £5 off the usual sales price and £40 off the RRP.
That’s excellent news if you’re in the market for some cheap AirPods, as this is the first time we’ve seen further discounts in 2021 making for some particularly compelling offers. We’re rounding up these and more AirPods deals in full just below.

While we briefly saw these 2019 AirPods drop down to $99.99 over Black Friday, a $119 price tag is still below the usual $125 sales price for these premium earbuds. We don’t know how long this price will last, then, so if you’re looking to save even more than usual this weekend we’d move quickly.

AirPods 2nd generation: £159 £119 at Laptops Direct
Over in the UK, you’ll find a £40 discount on the second generation AirPods at Laptops Direct. That’s the lowest price we’ve found this weekend, beating out other retailers by about £5. We haven’t seen that £159 RRP in a long time, but usually these true wireless earbuds will set you back between £120 and £130.
