Earlier: GoPro just announced the HERO9 Black, the company’s next-generation action camera and the successor of last year’s HERO8 Black. This comes with a new sensor that offers 5K video and 20 megapixel photos, next-generation HyperSmooth 3.0 video stabilization with in-camera horizon leveling, a new 1.4″ color front-facing display, a 2.27-inch larger rear display, and 30% more battery life.
The Max Lens Mod accessory that brings Max HyperSmooth video stabilization and low-distortion, ultra-wide Max SuperView to HERO9 Black at up to 2.7K60 resolution. Max Lens Mod also allows for horizon lock even when the camera is rotated a full 360°. The HERO9 Black-compatible Mods also include the Media Mod for HERO9 Black, now with a removable foam windscreen, Display Mod and Light Mod.

The GoPro HERO9 Black is priced at $449.99 (Rs. 33,066 approx.) and is already on sale in the US. In India will is priced at an MSRP of Rs. 49,500 and will be from late October. The all-new Max Lens Mod costs Rs. 10,500, Media Mod costs Rs. 8,400, Display Mod is priced at Rs. 6,900 and Light Mod costs Rs. 4,700.
