Move to England cancelled?
The Osbourne’s comeback show is on hold

The Osbournes want to be accompanied by the BBC for a year when they move from Los Angeles to their old home country Great Britain. But no move has taken place so far. If Ozzy Osbourne has his way, it will stay that way.

Osbourne fans will have to be patient when it comes to a new reality TV show starring the famous family. Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne’s move back to their native UK was supposed to be featured in a ten-part BBC documentary called “Home To Roost”.

The Osbourne’s house in Los Angeles is already for sale – but there is currently no buyer. Sources told the Daily Mail that Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne blame the problem on the “awful” real estate market. In addition, the Osbournes are waiting for their house in Great Britain to be renovated so that the musician, who suffers from Parkinson’s disease, can also be cared for in his house. In addition, the two are said to have decided not to want to completely break away from California, instead they want to keep a kind of “home” in the city.

According to the “Daily Mail”, the BBC for the documentary that was announced almost a year ago therefore “not much” rotated. The BBC vowed at the time that the series would show the Osbournes celebrating one of their most important years, “…featuring everything from Sharon’s 70th birthday to Kelly’s soon-to-be baby, Ozzy’s tour and of course the big move itself”.

“I do not want to go back”

It is now questionable whether the documentary is still taking place at all. Sharon’s birthday was in October, Kelly’s child was born in March, and Ozzy canceled his tour due to health problems.

And whether the “big move” is still taking place is also not so clear – ask Ozzy. “To be honest, if it were up to me, I would stay in America. I’m an American now… to be honest, I don’t want to go back,” Ozzy Osbourne quoted the Daily Mail as saying in an interview he did in had given in November.

Ozzy Osbourne also had to end his music career prematurely with a heavy heart. With his large-scale farewell tour “No More Tours II”, which has been postponed several times, the Black Sabbath star actually wanted to make an epochal departure from the live stages of this world. But after four years, which were marked by health problems and medical interventions, the times of tour life are already over, as Osbourne announced in a detailed statement on his official Instagram account.

The Osbourne family was the most famous reality TV family in the world from 2002 to 2005 with their MTV show “The Osbournes”. Looking back, Ozzy Osbourne said in an interview: “I don’t know how the Kardashians have been able to do this for so long. It drove us all crazy in the end.”
