Note that Android manufacturers follow a staged rollout and the updates are randomly pushed to a limited number of users. The broader rollout of firmware updates usually takes a few days after the company makes sure there are no critical bugs.
Carl Pei has confirmed that Nothing Phone (1) Android 13 Stable update will be released in early 2023. Carl added that the company is aiming to release Nothing Phone (1) Android 13 Beta update by the end of the year.
While we are working around the clock, we won’t rush on updates at the expense of user experience. This also applies to Nothing OS based on Android 13 where we aim to ship a beta version by the end of the year, with a full release in early 2023.
